I forgot to record the first 18 km.
Today I was tired. It's a shame on the beautiful route.
Because I had time, I wanted to take a look at the 30 percent incline behind Rehborn - it then showed me my limits - the only thing that helped was pushing :(
But a very well-paved, long incline that is ideal as a challenge for racing cyclists.

Unfortunately, I recorded the first 8 km separately. As far as Koblenz, I had the honor of accompanying my relative "TAZ" on the last day of his southern Europe tour (approx. 6000 km). He arrived at my place after 240 km around 2 a.m. the day before and after a correspondingly short night drove almost 200 km home again.
With a clear headwind along the Rhine, I was able to offer him some slipstream - of course, it is much easier to ride a racing bike than a fully packed touring bike.
In Koblenz I wandered around a bit to find a flood-free route along the Moselle. On the currently little-traveled main road, things went well to Niederfell. A completely paved road with a moderate incline leads through the forest to Pfaffenhofen - a real racing bike tip!
For the last 10 km to Emmelshausen I decided on the Hunsrückhöhenstraße - not a very good idea.
From Emmelshausen I know the route well - along the wonderful Schinderhannes cycle path and then home through the Guldenbachtal.
Apart from the incline out of Simmern, you can let the bike roll nicely 😁😁
As I had hoped, I came home in the light of day and I am happy to have survived my second 200 km tour without any problems.

Today I tested my old Colnago racing bike from the 70s. I made it fit again last winter - but then decided to buy a new racing bike.
Now the old bike drives really well again - I only miss the "new" technology when it comes to gear ratios and gears.
In any case, it went really quickly!
Unfortunately Komoot did not save the photo of the bike.

Yesterday I talked to my neighbor Luki about a "segment" of "Strava", from Bingerbrück to the Lauschhütte. This route with its long inclines is always quite difficult for me. Because I was now looking at the time, I drove faster than I felt good and stayed just under 45 minutes. Very far from the Strava heroes and 10 minutes slower than Luki, but okay for me!
After that I had persistently tired legs and drove home over the Schanzerkopf.
