So the last trail to the Teufelstisch and the descent to Kupper's beer garden in Eppenbrunn was just great. Two steep ramps in the uphill were just barely manageable thanks to electrical assistance. For this you were completely compensated for in the downhill with in places whacking descents on a path track that was just drivable. Then another wheat from Kuppers as a reward.

A wonderfully varied tour with a lot of sightseeing program with our French friends in Lorraine and Alsace. Wonderful when we met a French hiking group who cheered their dialect in the purest Alsatian German and we Palatinate of course opposed it in our similar and related Palatinate dialect. We got along very well. That was pure international understanding, especially since we were still allowed to help out as photographers so that all group members could be in the picture. So one or the other common ground was exchanged, in which we were also asked between two former work colleagues to give greetings. The only downer on our tour. We had to do without the lynx rock. Because of the nesting business of feathered friends, which we gladly respected. The Falkensteiner Castle is an absolute highlight. A large complex with many rock chambers and niches and on the upper castle a view in almost all directions. At the highest point of the castle, a compass rose helps with orientation.
