Great run around the parkrun at Herrington Park. Lovely route snaking you around the lake. Few hills 🥵 but a lovely cafe at the end! Finish off with a dip in the sea at Roker Beach 🏖️ 🏊♀️

Started at 6:30am, straight into the chill and wind, but the dales soon delivered — sunshine, jaw-dropping views, and a serious sense of achievement.
