The fifth stage of the Roswithaweg leads hiking friends @Michael, @Lutz Rohne and me from Lindhorst station, quite asphalt-heavy, along the main road past the Beckedorfer shaft. The hard coal mine was built in 1911 and began coal mining in 1924.

Before the end of the long May weekend, hiking friend @Michael and I traveled from Leisnig via Minkwitz and Wendishain along the Freiberger Mulde through Westewitz. Via the Cistercian Kloster Buch, which I already knew, we traveled back to Leisnig via the Tannenberg and through the Eichgrund.

With a rented e-bike, we rode from Leisnig along the Mulderadweg through Tragnitz to Wasserschloß Podelwitz, which lies directly on the Freiberger Mulde.
