This a great gravel/road ride, the scenery is absolutely stunning. You do ride a majority on tarmac but the major pass through the glen is on gravel and is in good condition. You do pass through some working farms so be careful doing this ride in the lambing season. We politely rode past the farmers

This was a straight up and down ride to catch sunset, we left the carpark at 6am and after around 90 minutes were at the top. It was 100% worth it to see the whole of Stirling in beautiful light. 10 - 15 minute descent back down and it was time for coffee.
The descent down can be challenging especially
