Schörfling und Seewalchen - nette Orte zum Baden und für Wassersport. Das Gustav-Klimt-Haus lockt, auch einige Stehlen dazu am Ufer. Auf die Almkogel-Spitze
Okay, wir haben uns verschätzt. Aufstieg ist im Dauerzustand steil, felsig, rutschig und verwurzelt. Aber oben angekommen ist die Aussicht grandios! Abstieg sollte besser werden, deshalb andere Route - aber das war dann Felsenmeer und Schotterpiste. Zum Schluss hat uns dann aber leckerer Kuchen an der Badestelle Plomberg entschädigt.

A bit of cycling against the headache... it's muggy, tonight it's supposed to rain. But a proper destination is needed: So off to the Langen ice cream parlor and (above all) to the bookstore 😉!

Simply great weather for cycling today! So we rented bikes ("biobikes") at the hotel next door and set off. We would have gladly cycled around Mondsee, but the east coast is closed due to rockfall - so we went back the same way we came. At the Spdspitze, we had a delicious blackcurrant juice at the guesthouse by the lake.
