Three rivers accompany you on the last leg of the Stromberg-Murrtal-Radweg. First you cycle a bit through the Murr Valley, then switch to the shore of the red and follow her to the mouth in the cooker. There you can expect the last destination of your beautiful bike tour with Gaildorf.Murrtal, surrounded by wooded slopes, leaves Murrhardt. The path will take you along quiet roads along the river and through peaceful residential areas. On the outskirts, the so-called Hunnenburgweg awaits you. The well-maintained bike path runs through the forest and offers you beautiful views at different places. At Fornsbach worth a short detour from the main route, because southeast of the village center you will find the recreational area Waldsee with swimming area, restaurant and even camping - so do not forget your swimming clothes on summer days.Shortly after Fornsbach it goes over a small hill, which is also known as a ski jump. Treat yourself to a short break at the highest point, the view is magnificent. Then you roll downhill and hit the red, which accompanies you further towards the final destination. Just before their confluence with the Kocher your ways separate. The bike path leads you north and finally you reach the tranquil timber-framed Gaildorf. Push your bike here as the end of your tour through the well-kept streets and lanes, before you start the journey home. From Gaildorf the regional train R3 takes you to Stuttgart or to the starting point Murrhardt. From Stuttgart you can easily travel with the regional line R5 to Karlsruhe. Timetable information is available at vvs.de.
