Reaching the highlight of the weekend with the family…
Packed and ready, we first get to know the rock ledge L’Hérou along a normal hiking trail.
Nice views, boring according to our young heroes.

A new challenge awaits them…
To trigger the boys, we quickly descend to the valley of the Ourthe where they play a game of kikeikatsen on the water surface.

To end our adventurous walk in style, we decide as ‘big and small heroes’ to climb L’Hérou along a ‘black hiking trail = almost via ferrata’.
Once we reached the highest and furthest point, everyone was tired but satisfied.
Time to go back home.
We all enjoyed ‘our family weekend’.

Le Cheslé Celtic Fortified Settlement
