Val Lemina, non essendo mai stato a casa Canada, ed essendo nel Pinerolese, ho deciso di scarpinare fino al rifugio Giuseppe Melano ai piedi del monte Freidour. Il sentiero è un saliscendi, con molte radici e passaggi tra rocce che lo rendono fiabesco. Trekking consigliato
