Départ en face du pont d 'Aramon.
On rejoint Frigolet par une alternance de pistes et sentiers.
A l'abbaye on prend à droite, on rejoint un sentier assez technique et caillouteux. Arrivée en bas on longe la voie ferrée puis on remonte sur Frigolet par un chemin large ou on peut profiter du paysage.
Le retour se fait par des sentiers sans grosse difficultées.
