Von Lentas entlang der Küste und Strände zum Hafen.
Hinauf zum Einstieg in die Trachoulas Schlucht.
Hinab in und durch die Schlucht.
Zum Trachoulas Strand.
Durch die Schlucht zurück und hinauf bis zur Höhlenkirche Panagia Vithanos.
Und dann den ganzen Weg zurück.
Natürlich von der Höhlenkirche wieder den Fahrweg bis zum Hafen und nicht, wie das Tracking vermuten lässt, den Berg quer Feld ein runter.
