Zum Starten bis Lachen ziemlich flach an zahlreichen prall gefüllten Apfelbaum vorbei. Danach happige Steigung über Weiden und kurze Waldstücke zum Stöcklichrüz. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Zürichsee und die Alpen. Angenehmer Abstieg via Etzelpass nach Einsiedeln mit schönen Aussichtspunkten auf den Sihlsee. Am barocken Kloster Einsiedeln vorbei.
