Rise Sculpture by Andy Scott

Highlight • Structure

6.5 metre tall figurative sculpture, sited at the new Glasgow Harbour development beside the River Clyde. Made of thousands of welded steel plates then galvanised and creating a strong sense of place within the new urban realm of the riverside.

Tak Ma Doon Road Climb from Kilsyth

Highlight (Segment) • Viewpoint

That is an awesome hill. Relentless with varying gradient 15%+ in places. That'd be ideal for hill sprints if anyone mad enough lol. There is a car park with a picnic spot at the top of the hill.

Keep an eye out for this, it’s at the bottom of one of the descents.

Carron Valley Reservoir

Highlight • Viewpoint

An absolutely beautiful stretch of valley road. We rode it on a sunny, still late April day which I would suggest is ideal - I suspect the wind whips through here!
