The Selisoo nature trail descends from a high sandy ridge down to the bog. The western part of the bog has been less affected by drainage. Thus, the trail runs through a more open, sedge-rich bog landscape. In the eastern part, which has been more affected by drainage, the bog is covered by a sparse pine forest. In the middle of the trail is Lake Seli (a remnant lake), by which there is a resting place.
• The trail is a one-way boardwalk, 4.8 km long.
• There are three boardwalk extensions with a bench and 12 information boards.
• At the Väike-Pungerja side of the trail is the Selisoo campfire site, which has a car park, pavilion, and dry toilet. At the edge of the bog, before the boardwalk, there is another campfire site with a bench.
• In the middle of the trail, at the edge of the glacial lake, is a rest area with a hut, where it is forbidden to start a fire.
• There is a car park and an information board at the Metsküla end of the trail.
