Um ganz bis zur Karlsbader Hütte hinaufzulaufen, sind wir leider nicht (mehr) fit genug. Aber auch das Teilstück bis zur Innsteinkapelle ist schön und bietet immer wieder herrliche Ausblicke auf die Lasserz und die Lienzer Dolomiten bzw. zurück zur Dolomitenhütte, hinüber zum Hochstein und hinunter ins Pustertal.
