Bel trekking.
Impegnativo in alcuno punti causa pendenza , ma nulla di impossibile. Se da Somana volete andare diretti al rifugio vi basta seguire il sentiero 15 , se volete passare dalla porta di Prada allora seguite il 17. È abbastanza bene segnalato, ma fate attenzione a non perdere i cartelli in un paio di bivi.
Quasi tutto il Trail lo si percorrere nel sottobosco, quindi anche con pieno sole si viaggia bene.
