Die Route geht größtenteils entlang einer viel befahrenen Straßen, die aber auch von Rennrad Fahrern viel genutzt wird. Der schönste Teil war von Duino bis zum Schloss Miramare. Der Weg nach Triest rein durch alte verlassene Hafengebäude war überraschend ruhig und nett.
