Day two of bike packing from Kennack Sands to Helston! Using the West Kernow Way as a guide!! The first part of the route is blocked by a large impassable stile (fine if you have no bikes) so you have to follow the Coast Path from Kennack to Lankidden Cove which is rideable and in places almost impossible to push the bike as well!! After that the rest of the route was just up and down with short sharp descents and climbs!! Tired and slow ride today!!
