Partenza da Nocichio verso Pietrapazza seguendo il Sentiero del Lupo un sentiero dismesso con ancora visibili i vecchi segnali CAI, il sentiero non è ben tracciato in alcuni punti e senza un navigatore c'è il rischio di perderlo. Arrivati a Pietrapazza si prosegue verso Eremo Nuovo sul 205, bellissimo sentiero su crinale, con fermata alla cascata. Rientro verso Nocicchio su sentiero non CAI ma molto ben tracciato.
