Mit dem Bus von Cevio nach Cimalmotto, danach folgt man dem weiß-roten Weg.
Man steigt zur Alpe Quadrella auf, die bis etwa 2000 in Betrieb war, und dann zunehmend steiler bis zum gleichnamigen Pass, von dem aus man einen grenzenlosen Blick auf Campo Vallemaggia und Bosco Gurin genießt.
Der Abstieg folgt durch das Bosco-Gurin-Tal bis zum höchstgelegenen und einzigen deutschsprachigen Dorf im Tessin, Bosco Gurin. Vom Dorf aus verkehrt mehrmals täglich ein Bus zurück nach Cevio.
