Probabilmente la tappa più bella, anche se molto esposta al sole e parecchio in salita.
Si passa attraverso antichi paesi medievali e attraverso le colline della Val d'Orcia, in mezzo a vigneti e posti per degustare il vino locale.
La salita per San Quirico è abbastanza impegnativa. Noi abbiamo scelto di seguire la strada asfaltata per risparmiarci dislivello e distanza.
