Sulgen-Epfendorf-Talhausen circle

The saying “we live where others go on holiday” feels especially true on this Black Forest circuit. Starting in Sulgen, the route leads you through the open fields and wide views around Seedorf before gently descending toward Epfendorf, following sections of the Besinnungsweg. All points of interest on this 1.2 km path can also be explored on foot.
After Epfendorf, the tour continues along part of the Neckartal cycle route before turning uphill toward Herrenzimmern, offering a clear view of the local castle ruins along the way. From Herrenzimmern, the route follows quiet, scenic bike paths to Dunningen, where several opportunities for refreshments await.
From Dunningen, you can choose one of the established cycling routes back to Sulgen to complete the loop.
