Der Weg ist das Ziel und der Gipfel das Geschenk
Vom Dorfplatz in Kappl ausgehend führt dieser Weg in Richtung Talstation Bergbahn Kappl zur Rotweg Kapelle. Von dort folgen Sie der Beschilderung Richtung Visnitzalm. Oberhalb der Alpe führt links eine Forststraße weg bis unterhalb des Mittagkopfes. Von hier aus beginnt ein farbenprächtiger Wanderweg umgeben von vielen Alpenrosen hinauf bis zum Mittagkopf, welcher einen beeindruckenden Ausblick in das Alpengebiet verspricht.
Rückweg: gleicher Weg zurück.
