Happy that I had some climbing to do during the latter half of today‘s ride.😊
Rode along shores of these four finger lakes (missed the 5th one by only 1-2 miles):
1) Canandaigua Lake
2) Seneca Lake
3) Cayuga Lake
4) Skaneateles Lake
Despite not planning on riding along any specific trails, I did find three trails today:
1) Auburn Rail Trail between Rochester and Canandaigua - well maintained 😊
2) Ontario Pathways between Canandaigua and Geneva - „maintained“ by mother nature 😕 (but perfect for a gravel bike like mine with suspension 😀)
3) Empire State Trail (segment) heading towards Syracuse - well maintained 😊
Encountered two more waterfalls in Rochester and Marcellus Falls but none of them can compete with Niagara Falls 😂
