Bei Renates Einkehr gestartet und Richtung Mirnock gewandert ( die ersten 600HM sind sehr anstrengend). Ab ca. 1850 m ist es eine leichte Wanderung mit schöner Aussicht, wo man auch ein paar Gipfel sammeln kann.Dann beginnt der Abstieg wo man unterwegs einkehren kann und weiter bis nach Fresach wandernt (die wege nach Fresach sind teilweise sehr schlecht gepflegt !!)
