Von Svolvær bis Fiskebøl: Dauerregen. Dann auf den Vesterålen trocken und immer besser. Bei leichten Steigungen unter Volldampf gefahren & früh in Sortland im Thon Hotel angekommen. Gutes Restaurant - guter lokaler Fisch (= Ishavsrøye) Sortland ist wegen ihrer vielen blauen Häuser als "die blaue Stadt" bekannt. Die haben ihrem langjährigen Müll-Aufsammler ein Denkmal gesetzt.
