Von der Bergstation der Seilbahn Mellau führte die Wanderung durch herrlich saftig grüne Almwiesen und einem idyllischen Bach mit Badestelle. Doch so entspannt ging es nicht weiter. Der Anstieg hoch zum Gipfel des Kanisfluh war sehr steil und technisch anspruchsvoll. Immerhin grüßten immer Mal wieder Kühe mit ihrem Gebimmel. Entlang des Grades schraubte ich mich nach oben, wo ein traumhafter Rundumblick meine Strapazen belohnte.
In der Alpen Wurzach schmeckte der Quarkkuchen danach doppelt so lecker. Und ne Mietz zum Kraulen gab es auch.
