Itinerario All Mountain con tanti sentieri, tratti tecnici in discesa e in salita. Tratto in "portage/spintage" di circa 20' per arrivare alla F.lla Ambrizzola. La successiva discesa oltre il Rif. Palmieri presenta tratti molto ripidi e smossi con tornanti stretti . La discesa in Val De Zonia pur non essendo particolarmente tecnica, ma ripida si, necessità di attenzione per via di buche e massi nascosti dalla vegetazione.
