Giornata splendida, ma vento fortissimo con conseguenti nubi lenticolari. La discesa verso Upega passando da Case Nivorina è da evitare, molto scassata e scavata dall'acqua, il primo tratto in discesa scoscesa, poi ortiche ovunque, l'ultimo tratto dopo il fiume con diversi punti in cui scendere e fare a piedi, faticosa e poco divertente, ma ce la abbiamo fatta.
