Biosauna ♨️🚴‍♂️ Loop das Teinachtal 🏞 hoch bis Hofstett.
Oben kleiner Abstecher zum Oberkolwangener Augenblick 👁, dann über die Wolfsschlucht, Märchenweg, Bad Teinach in das Nagoldtal zurück.
Hier den Radweg bis BaLi dort ein Tour Highlight-15 Minuten Abkühlung an der Walzquelle-👍.
Die Quelle hat immer eine Wassertemperatur im einstelligen Bereich 💧❄️💧die perfekte 🦵🧋 Sommer Erfrischung 🙏 🌞🔥.
Im Wald 🌲 waren es gut um 🌡30`° und noch erträgliche 😅 sobald aber kein Schatten mehr vorhanden war gab es🌡38° + = Garstufe ♨️ 3 🍗 🥴.
Irgendwie war der Schwitzkasten 🚴‍♂️🌞🥵dann doch ok aber richtig biken ist definitiv anders 🤷‍♂️🖐.
