Another long day with mainly forest roads starting from a mining town and plenty of descents and ascents. After leaving Maçanet de Cabrenys there is not going to be any more stops to eat or fill up water until you finish the trip. You will find an observatory in Albanyà near the camp Bassegoda which is a well known place for stargazing as there is almost no light pollution in this remote area.
