Stupenda escursione che sale da Carona (pochissimi tratti ripidi), arriva al Rifugio Calvi e al ritorno crea un anello passando per la Cascata della Val Sambuzza. Facile ma lunga (quasi 17 chilometri). Lungo il percorso ci sono tantissime piante chiamate Maggiociondolo, molto belle ma velenose (evitate di toccarle).
