A great family-friendly hike in the Bernese Alps. We started from Käserstatt and followed the famous Muggestutz Dwarf Trail through forests, mountain meadows, wooden bridges, and interactive dwarf attractions before descending to Reuti.
For those arriving by car, parking at Meiringen (Talstation Alpbach) is very convenient. From there, take the gondola up and enjoy a mostly downhill walk with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
Recommended stops:
* Käserstatt - coffee, restaurant, and panoramic views.
* Bidmi - family area with playgrounds and picnic spots.
* Several scenic viewpoints along the trail overlooking the Haslital Valley.
An excellent route for families and anyone looking for an easy Alpine hike with beautiful scenery and plenty of places to relax along the way.
