Fatto anello salendo dal passo del Liìfretto e scesi dal passo Ezendola.usciti dal bosco si segue esile traccia per prati,si raggiunge la strada sterrata poco dopo a sx per il passo.x la salita dal passo alla cima si procede x la croce di vetta a vista,idem la discesa tenendo come riferimento alcuni segnavia.Attenzione, cresta esposta,a parte questo se non fosse per la gran pendenza lo catalogherei Escursionistica.
