Nach einer kleinen Zwangspause ging es heute endlich wieder raus in die Natur, zwischen die Sandsteinfelsen. Zwar nur eine kleine Runde und etwas langsamer, aber immerhin ging es besser als gedacht. Sogar den Abstieg vom Grenzplattenplateau über einen schmalen Kletterzugang hat der Fuß gut überstanden.
Ostrov mit seinen Teichen und das obere Bielatal sind immer wieder schön, dazu das satte Frühlingsgrün und Sonnenschein - einfach herrlich.
