Wir hatten das Glück, dass in der Kathedrale gerade ein Organist auf der Orgel spielte. Ein besonderer Moment während unseres Urlaubs.
Hinter der Kathedrale gibt es eine spezielle Art von Baumkuchenmanufaktur, Gateau a la Broche Aveyronnais. Eine feine Leckerei zu angemessenen, nicht überzogenen Preisen, wie ich finde.
