Sehr schöne Tour mit Start durch das Chatzenbachtobel ,dann steil hoch zum Schnurrberg (da schnauft man ein wenig). Danach moderater Anstieg über Wald-und Wiesenwege zum Schauenberg. Toller Rundumblick da oben und gut besucht ;-). Danach gemütlicher Abstieg über Felder und Weiler bis nach Elgg. Dort zieht sich der Weg bis zum Bahnhof...die Füsse schmerzen am Ende.
Zurück nach Turbenthal mit dem Zig via Winterthur Grüze.
