Loch Lochy Munros — Sron a’ Choire Ghairbh & Meall na Teanga

Good, straightforward day on two Munros above Loch Lochy. Track start is easy to follow, with a long approach that makes for a relaxed walk in and out.

Conditions were proper winter higher up — snow starting around mid-level and getting deeper towards the summits. Still very manageable throughout, no technical sections, just steady progress. Wind picked up on the tops (around 40–50 km/h), but nothing that would stop you.

The way back is long but easy going, and a good chance to make up time. Ground currently a bit wet in places due to thaw, especially lower down, but should improve quickly with drier weather.

Great route if you’re looking for a solid Munro day without anything too technical 👍
