Am Stand von Fanö befindet sich ca. 2 - 3 Km Entfernung zur Küstenlinie eine Seehundsandbank. Hier kann man die Tiere in freier Wildbahn gut beobachten.

ACHTUNG: Bringt Euch nicht in Gefahr und achtet auf die Gezeiten. Infos hierzu findet Ihr im Internet. Wanderung auf keinen Fall bei Auflaufendem Wasser, Dunkelheit oder Nebel starten. Startet am Besten 1 - 2 Stunden vor Niedrigwasser.

Die Seehundbank wird durch einen Priel abgegrenzt der schnell Tief abfällt und eine starke Strömung hat.
