Pablo Neruda schrieb einst über das törichte Valparaiso, dass es sein Haar nicht kämmt und nicht richtig angekleidet ist. Mittlerweile mangeld es dieser Stadt schon an einfachster Körperpflege. Die berühmte Streetart ist überall beschmiert, Müll und Dreck breiten sich aus und wenn man nur noch den alten Zeiten nachhängt, dann ist auch der UNESCO Titel bald weg.
