Barcelona, Curser des Nasos, New Years Eve 10km

This is a hugely popular New Years eve run over 10km on a course through the streets of Barcelona. Very well organised and very well supported the whole way. About 13,000 runners take part of all ages and from all over the globe. A great race and a fantastic way to see out the year. Basically, a flat course, with two slight ramps and approx 12 corners. Run on mainly wide roads all closed to traffic of course. You start out at about sunset, in the day light at
17.15 and basically run into the darkness. Massive attendance. Starts in waves of different pens, with timed runners to guide you if you wish.
A very nice long sleeved ( it is winter) t-shirt with this event plus sunnies and a medal if you request at time of booking.
Definitely recommend doing this event, book it through Running Crazy who take all of the stress out of the whole thing. Just turn up and run, hotel and race entry etc all sorted. Enjoy!
