La etapa empieza oficialmente en Arrés y va directamente hasta Ruesta. En nuestro caso, y para no variar, hemos improvisado para salirnos del Camino Oficial por dos pueblos cercanos al mismo por problemas logísticos. Son etapas con pocos servicios, ausencia de supermercados y bares no siempre abiertos. Tuvimos que salir del Camino para comprar comida y cargar de agua, pues las fuentes no son para nada abundantes. Martes y Mianos cuentan con fuente de agua aunque no de supermercados ni tiendas de ninguna clase. Tampoco bares.
