Being spoiled by the Munich cycleways makes it always very hard to appreciate them when leaving the city.. it was a tough way with few nice gravel but very close to a highway so the noise did not make me enjoy it as much. I was probably biased by the bad weather and the downtime needed after a very stimulating and fun staying in Munich.
But then 10km from Augsburg I met my day saviours Johan and Hannes, father and son cyclotouring from Vienna, which offered me a huge beer 🍻
