Bicycle ride between the Log Boom Park in Kenmore and Issaquah going around the town using the Rainier Trail totaling a 55 miles round trip and 3:40 hours time. Part of the ride went through a dirt trail and involved some climbing up to approx. 300 feet (100 m) in the trail segment along highway I-90.
The Komoot trail's description mentions two red flags:
1) climbing steps - that's incorrect. We can go down the hill for a couple hundred yards and get to the main trail through a trail head in a parking lot. It involves going back uphill but much easier than climbing steps with a bicycle.
2) walking the bicycle in a segment - also incorrect. There's no segment requiring dismounting and pushing the bicycle.
3) I do not know where that max speed of 65 mph came from. My bicycle computer showed a max speed downhill of 28 mph.
