This route was planned by komoot.
Beautiful walk which opens onto diversified landscapes, alternating between forests, meadows and wide open spaces, to discover our picturesque villages steeped in history... including the unmissable medieval village of Thoard which should be visited in foot. Start by sitting on a terrace under the plane trees or near the fountain with still mysterious cabalistic signs, observe, listen, capture the atmosphere of this little end of the world where life still flows quietly... You will then return by the forest then the meadows which open onto magnificent panoramas overlooking the pre-Alps... Be careful, after a big storm or heavy rain, fording Duyes can be complicated. In this case, stay on the D17 departmental road after the Duyes bridge at the Mallemoisson exit.
