Beautiful cycle path over the Eemnesser Vaartsteeg. On the way you will pass a small marina and a lock. Watch out for the crossing sheep.

The Eem

Highlight • River

Further north, there's only the ferry, which doesn't operate on Sundays. This makes this the only way to cross the Eem between the Eemmeer and the motorway.

The wide, flat polder areas of Eemnes are wonderful for cycling. Can you control the headwind?
