"Light" only because it's shortened; the highlights and challenges are still there!
In a few places, surefootedness and a head for heights are required.
You should also be reasonably "good on your feet," as the trail begins with a long uphill section.

You can extend the route to your liking, but it's almost impossible to shorten it.
