We climbed up from the “vorder Juchli” without a path. First over steep grass bands, through a short couloir up to the ridge.

Risetenstock

Highlight • Summit

Here you can enjoy wonderful views and it is a nice place to take a break and enjoy the view.

The path from the Jochli over the Risetenstock to the Glattigrat is a very beautiful section, a really beautiful high-altitude path along the ridge. Not too difficult, counts as T3, but is nowhere really narrow and only has one or two spots when passing short rocky passages where a little more surefootedness is required. Often blue / white markings still flash. However, the path is a red / white signposted path and, as I said, very easy to do.

And yes, as there are mountain trails and ridge trails, you can enjoy wonderful views from this section 😍😍😍. A very nice section !!

This short path section is marked blue / white. However, it is only minimally exposed and, in my opinion, not exposed, as the path following it and marked red / white. I would say it is a nice T3 way. The view in this area is just fantastic and very recommendable.
