I recommend leaving very early if you are going in midsummer. We were almost too late at 9:15 a.m. Water requirement per person: calculate 3 liters to be on the safe side! The spring saved us on the way back. 😅

Path below, once we arrived we left for Girolata along the Mari e Monti path (very
Challenging) , looped back with Guy Le Facteur's coastal path. It takes good training, some exposed points. I recommend a light backpack and plenty of water.
