The signposted cycle path leads either along the Mangfall or the Mangfall Canal. Both are pleasant to cycle along. Along the Mangfall Canal you can often see old waterworks that are still in operation.

You should take more time to explore the inner city/old town of Rosenheim to get to know all the "corners" at your leisure.
